Dr. Lee and her staffs are amazing. Seems Dr. Lee is not chasing any financial benefit. They always care about patient situation with all good respect. I recommend some of my friends and they are fully satisfied.
I like it because the doctor and staff are friendly and make me feel at ease, and the doctor is very sincere in his treatment.
I don’t usually post public reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The front desk staff, particularly one woman, could benefit from better professionalism and basic courtesy. Every interaction—whether over the phone, by text, or in person—left a bad taste. Also, I had a crown done here, but it ultimately had to be redone elsewhere. So I just had my last appointment at this dentistry. I've had several unfortunate experiences with the technicians at this establishment. The doctor is fine but both of her technicians honestly need to work on manners. I've had passive aggressive conversations with them both, especially with the woman who usually is at the front desk. I would not tell anyone to not go there but I will be taking my coins somewhere else. I've been a patient of Dr. Lee for some time now. While she can be thorough and addresses follow-up questions regarding tooth issues and treatment options, her communication leaves much to be desired. During procedures, she doesn't explain what she's doing—leaving me unsure of what's being done to my tooth, especially since I can't ask while my mouth is open.
