We met up with Smart City apartment locators Friday and Saturday and had a great experience with them very awesome people Terrance took us and showed us some awesome apartments and we've come to the conclusion that we like one apartment in McKinney. Thank you so much for your help.
Amazing people here! First off, the service was totally free!! The apartment complexes pay them so it's free for clients!! It's like having someone do all the legwork for you, and costs nothing! They listened to everything I wanted and found me an absolute gem in the best part of town. They answered all of the questions that a first time apartment renter like me has, and kept me updated along the entire process. I only had to tour one complex! They knew exactly where to put me. I recommend these guys to everyone I know!

Katherine and Smart City Apartment Locating are exceeding my expectations of an apt locater already. Even though I am not moving till August, she is sending me lots of great apartment info (lots of new places too) and she is meeting me on Saturday to look at a place! I have never had a locater truly earn their fee like this. They aren't pressuring me to make any decisions either, they understand my move in time frame, that I am looking for a place to stay a couple years and it won't be a quick decision. Highly recommend!
