Fantastic service: stopped in because I was driving on a spare. I had been to a big name Discount tire store with the tire since the tread was great, just a hole somewhere. The person who helped me was quick to grab my tire but came back 4 minutes later to tell me they couldn't patch it because it was too old. The manager of Smart Choice took the tire, gave it to his techs and we had a lengthy conversation about good and bad service and his service philosophy. I loved every minute. This morning, I came in to get a nail removed from my tire before heading out to the Huskies game with my son. Upon further inspection of the tire, it had become shredded and needed replacing. They were able to find me two new tires, go get them, and get them installed in time to make it to Husky Stadium by the 2 o'clock kickoff. Thank you for saving the day!
