I was referred to Point S by my "car guy" for a front end alignment. I was told an alignment wasn't all I needed -it would need $1000.00 worth of work....I took my vehicle back to my guy to have the work done....IT DOES NOT NEED ALL THE EXTRA WORK. I was sent to Les Schwab for a front end alignment and PRESTO- that was all it needed. Watch out for the sneaky quotes of work "needed". Not sure if my car guy will continue to refer to Point S anymore.
My husband took his car into Smart Choice Point S Tire Factory because he had a finishing nail in his right rear tire, and the front right tire had a slow leak. He was quoted $15.00 per tire. They repaired the one with the nail in it and discovered corrosion around the valve stem of the other. After a bit of cleaning, the other tire was in working order as well, and the spare put back in its place. The charge for this service? Not one cent. Now THIS is old fashioned customer service! Extremely happy with the new Cooper ST Maxx tires, smooth and quiet on the street and great off road... If you need tires go see Jason or Dan at Smart Choice tires in Sumner.. Better prices and service then any Schwab I've dealt with!!!
I was looking for a lift kit for my truck, so I called Smart Choice. They gave me a great quote and so I went with them. They recommended a zone 6" lift kit with Fox shocks, Cooper s/the Maxx tires and 20" Fuel wheels. Matt and the crew installed everything in astonishing 7 hours.
