After I paid them, they stopped responding. For the past five weeks, we've been trying to reach them to schedule our final inspection with the town. Neither the electrician, Ravi, nor the president of the company, Leo, have replied to our multiple texts, emails, or phone calls. We suspect that the work was performed without complying with building codes.

For the high price of service that these guys charge, I would expect that the technician be able to speak english. This business sent a tech who spoke only portugeuse, and a few basic words of english. So, you can't communicate meaningfully with the person who is doing work on your home or ask them questions. Hard pass on this business in the future. EDIT: I am reviewing the correct business. It's called an alias, to protect my identity.
