RecommendedDefinitely recommend Smart Choice MRi. This was my first visit. Sandy (front desk) and Vicki (MRI tech) were very nice and had me in and out in about 1 hour. This is a huge saving to me. This was about 70% cheaper than having it done at a local hospital and because my insurance has a contact with them I had no out of pocket charges. You owe it to yourself give them a try.

RecommendedHad an MRI on my foot this week and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. Sandy at the front desk was personable funny and super friendly. And the tech Kailyn was a sweetheart and made it an easy process. She was very calming during the entire procedure. My doctor said the images came out great.

RecommendedSmart Choice MRI was very helpful. They kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my insurance prior to my appointment. Kailyn the MRI Technologist was very kind and made my experience as enjoyable as possible.
They sent me a bill for $225 a couple months after I paid what I was told was the full bill up front on the day of the MRI. I paid them shortly after receiving that bill. Someone somewhere says they didn’t receive my payment even though I have confirmation of the payment going to the office. They sent this to collections without my knowledge and now say my account balance is past due affecting my near perfect credit score. Worst patient service and treatment ever! Do not recommend at all.
There was no problem with this actual facility, the staff or the mri itself. The problem is trying to get your money back when you overpaid due to it being billed out as the address of their billing department not the facility. I have made numerous phone calls and keep getting the run around, for well over 30 days on billing issue, procedure was 10/5/19 They STILL have not refunded my $600 Buyer beware! Make sure you don’t overpay, if you can because if will be a cold day in h**l when you get your refund!!😡😡😡
Their billing department is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with!! Payment was made by me in full as required by them before the MRI was to be preformed. They failed to get the proper information from my insurance Co. as to what is covered. My insurance paid 80% for the MRI after I had already paid in full!! Trying to get my refund back from Smart Choice MRI is a nightmare!! I’ve gotten the run around for months, lied to by people in their billing department!! Told the check was mailed and it never was!!
