They sent me a bill for $225 a couple months after I paid what I was told was the full bill up front on the day of the MRI. I paid them shortly after receiving that bill. Someone somewhere says they didn’t receive my payment even though I have confirmation of the payment going to the office. They sent this to collections without my knowledge and now say my account balance is past due affecting my near perfect credit score.
