This experience with your company has not been a great customer experience. I used your company through a home warranty program and the wrong part was installed on my AC unit. Freon was paid for by the warranty company but not added to my unit. To make matters worst your broke my thermostat when it was working fine when you arrived. You installed a new thermostat without authorization from the warranty company and days later it cut off due to the wiring behind it not being correct.
