Smart Choice responded promptly when my home warranty company assigned them to repair my AC unit. They scheduled me as their first morning appointment, 2 work days after assignment. Tech, Danny Garcia, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, addressing the problem immediately which was a fried capacitor and contractor. Within an hour I had AC again. Thanks, Danny! Recommend this company.

Great service. My ac went out and I was automatically scheduled an appointment for days out. The following morning we reached and the company was able to bump us up to a same day appointment. The technician sent out was thorough and definitely has his heart in the job.

We had a great experience with Smart Choice. Our home warranty company used them for a quick A/C repair. The front desk staff is timely and friendly, and the tech (Danny) took time and care to explain things fully. I would recommend them to people looking for A/C work in the area, and I'll use them again if I need to.

This experience with your company has not been a great customer experience. I used your company through a home warranty program and the wrong part was installed on my AC unit. Freon was paid for by the warranty company but not added to my unit. To make matters worst your broke my thermostat when it was working fine when you arrived. You installed a new thermostat without authorization from the warranty company and days later it cut off due to the wiring behind it not being correct. They had a bit of time finding my home but I live pretty far out. Once they got here, they fixed the issue quickly. Very pleased with their service.
