I'm bringing'my car in for service due to stalling & hard startup. check engine light is on. I own a 2007 E350. Will rate dealership after service 10-29-2013.
Worst and unprofessional service!!! I came with 1995 Mercedes-Benz E300 diesel with fuel leak and black smokes. I paid $5000.00 and the car started working worse. After service the engine lost the power and still have black smokes. They said they are sorry, because I have an old car. I brought the car to the other shop. The mechanic suspects that Mercedes technicians adjusted or repaired something wrong. I'd come back to them only with my lawyer.
