We were completely satisfied with our experience at this dealership. The people were friendly and honest, followed through on every commitment and the price we paid for our car was very fair. Don't bother. Their valuations of vehicles are consistently high without any basis. If you want to deal with self-professed smart-asses, then go ahead and ask for Mike Dennis. Stereotypical used car sales guys. Caveat Emptor.
I bought a vehicle from these guys, not even 3 weeks ago and have had nothing but prolems from this vehicle, they charged me $300 over the listing price, so for $5800 i expect it to work, they told me that they would not fix it, that it became my prolem once i bought it, these guys are fonies and dont ever trust them
I went there to look at a car for my daughter, left to do some more shopping and came right back after being bombarded by other sales man at other lots with higher prices! Thank you Smart Cars !
Owner of Smart Cars In response to the review posted by "crunchyard" her accusations are completely false. The only reason her title work was not done sooner is because she would not give us a copy of her drivers license which is required by the state to process title work. As far as the rest of her comments, we are sorry for her bad experience, but some people just simply cannot be pleased. We have many repeat customers and referals. As a senior citizen, I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but I can not recall a better experience than the one that I had at Smart Cars in Acworth. My first observation was the friendly, no pressure atmosphere. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Their priorty was to help me find a car that I would like. The car that I purchased was fairly priced and has turned out to be one of my best cars ever. I don't see how anyone could have a bad experience at Smart Cars.
Smart Cars Inc Acworth Georgia= Waste of Time Miserable Experience. Bought a Subaru on 01/05/08, trading a Nissan in & paying additional 3750. Was hesitant & skeptical about coolant & engine, but sale rep had mechanic check my concerns out & assured me that if anything happened in a timely manner, they would fix.
