AWESOME . . .All in all this was an amazing experience from the very beginning. The agent/salesman (Jay) came to our home and spent a very long, patient time helping my elderly mom with choices of flooring. Answering her many questions and what if's. Then the installers came and were incredible. With elderly people in the house who could not go out for the day, they worked around them with ease. Did a beautiful job, and left the place cleaner than they found it.
I have used Smart Carpet several times and also have recommended them to several people. I am totally satisfied with their workmanship and the four guys that did my floors could not be nicer. They finished my entire house in one day. I would call them back again if I needed any work done.

Genuinely great service I had a terrible, I mean TERRIBLE, experience with some carpet layers here in the area (I'll spare their names for now). After they pretty much screwed up all my floors, I gave the guys at Smart Carpet a shout. They were so friendly, and they came in to show me how the job was supposed to be done. Surprisingly affordable – I won't make this long, but basically I was having issues with the old carpet in my living room. It was just done - stained, old, done. It needed replacing. I called these guys up and they came to my house with all my options. Install was great, service was great. Really, I can't complain. I'd recommend to anyone.
