Very nice and friendly..made it clear I was on a budget, single mom of 3 kids.. ($200/mo payment at the most) had bad credit and was in the process of repairing it. They were told from the bank the lowest they could go was $280. I told them I did the numbers and its just not in my budget but that maybe after tax time I could put a higher downpayment and could afford it then.
