DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Completely unprofessional. Had an appointment for them to come service our printer. Called 15 minutes after the scheduled time to see what their ETA would be. Was told the technician would be another 30-45 minutes. Why make an appointment for a specific time if you are going to be an hour late! And if you are going to be an hour late wouldn't a courtesy call to inform me of that be appropriate. So unprofessional!
Not honest people, rip you off $35 as soon as you walk in.
