The technicians arrived on time for the air duct cleaning service and clearly explained what they would do. They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up before leaving. While they were removing the register, they found an issue with a floor duct in one of the rooms and informed me about it, allowing me to address the problem. I'm really glad they caught that, as it explains why that room has never felt comfortable. I hadn’t used this service before, but I decided to get it done before having a new HVAC system installed.
