I told Tyler of my current situation: a tenant who was past due on rent and I needed legal help getting him out. Tyler was always reachable and went above and beyond to deliver. He was always responsive and one step ahead of the game. He has a lot of connections and was able to help us interview lenders. The inspector he recommended was very thorough and has worked with him for some time. Our inspector was able to locate all issues and Tyler negotiated to get them fixed.
