This company is way TOO EXPENSIVE for the low quality service they provide. Our building had reached out for some quotes. They sent their service Manager Greg. To come check out our building do give us an estimate for tower cleaning and a maintenance contract. He asked to use the restroom as soon as he arrived on site and kept smoking his vape thru-out our luxury condo building!!!!!!. Not really professional at all! Extremely disappointed with this company! Our building canceled our quarterly maintenance contract because they were not doing their job properly. Alot of neglected work that they were supposed to be doing as part of the contract. Left units off on our rooftop without our knowing. Spoke with the service manager Greg , not only was he rude but he had no idea what his techs were up to. Very unprofessional!! He thought this was all a big game and that it wasnt an issue. I called there and the woman who answered the phone was super rude.I asked a question and she said something smart* but didnt didnt catch all and hung up.. listen if you dont like your job; quit ! dont take it out on customers !!!!@managment !
