Reduced rating to 3 based on service. Edit Sep 12, 2025: ------------------------------ Disappointed with no follow ups. I have been chasing them for 3 years for reminders, sending their service crew on schedule and renewals. It has been the same story each year, I ask, they apologize, confirm that the issue is resolved but it never does. If a company is irregular in serving its existing customers, then that says a lot. Ricardo was professional and knowledgeable. I chose Smartair because I have an American Standard HVAC and wanted an authorized AS installer for preventative maintenance and repair. I prefer not to do business with a large company that sends a different technician every time.

I have seen their trucks around town. Here is one taking up 4 parking spaces at the front of the parking lot while they take a lunch break. Seems like an inconsiderate crew to hire. I will shop around before calling these guys.
