UPDATE: after 3 years, we had another very similar issue with the outdoor unit for our AC. A loose cable got melted by the hot components and got frayed, causing the capacitors and the fuse box to blow. The new company fixed it an tied the cables more securely this time. Very disappointing because this seems like this company should have done from the start. Deducting two stars for the shoddy fix.

I was referred to Smart Air Cooling & Heating from the previous homeowner and am so grateful they found them! ***Fast service (within ~24 hours) and Travis was very detailed and kindly explained the steps all along the way. Thank you, team!! Highly recommend if you need reliable, timely, professional service whether routine or urgency. **Currently, the website form/scheduler is down so you need to call to schedule/confirm appointment.

Same day service after my system unexpectedly started acting up. Super friendly and helpful, very transparent with all work and pricing. Felt informed and in the loop the whole time. Technician fixed the issue very quickly and provided some great pointers and optional work to keep things running smoothly. Not pushy or sales-y at all. 5/5 would recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.
