Ricardo was professional and knowledgeable. I chose Smartair because I have an American Standard HVAC and wanted an authorized AS installer for preventative maintenance and repair. I prefer not to do business with a large company that sends a different technician every time.
I have seen their trucks around town. Here is one taking up 4 parking spaces at the front of the parking lot while they take a lunch break. Seems like an inconsiderate crew to hire. I will shop around before calling these guys.
