We love Smallwood dental! They are so friendly and take time with you! You don’t feel like just another number, but rather someone important and someone they care about!
I don't often give 5 stars because I believe we all have room for improvement, but i must say, from the time I walked in, to the time I left which was a lengthy visit because it had been so long since I've been to the dentist, I was never made uncomfortable. Sheila greeted me at the time she called me to go back with such a welcoming smile and attitude you'd almost think you were at a spa! My wife and I had to leave Smallwood Dental Solutions due to our insurance changing and they unfortunately didn't take our new insurer. We moved to a different dentist who did accept our coverage, but we were both quite disappointed with their care. Ironically we ran into Dr. Smallwood at the grocery store and mentioned to him that I had a problem with a tooth I needed looked at and we intended to come back to Smallwood even if it meant paying out of pocket.
