We worked with Shannon Lozano for six months and saw major improvements in coordination, cross body dynamics, self-awareness, and most importantly confidence.
During one of my son’s scheduled sessions, his actual therapist did not show up. No one on staff seemed to know where she was or whether she was even on the property. Instead, my son was seen for the entire session by an UNLICENSED AND UNCERTIFIED trainee who is still in school receiving her degree. No one asked at any point if that was ok. Have been coming here for months! Great staff and greet environment for my child !
My son has been coming here since 2022, we love it and he has developed rapidly since then.
My oldest has been with Smalltalk since late 2022, and this year my youngest has joined for speech therapy and they both love it. The therapists are always kind and fun, finding interesting ways for the kids to work at their goals. I wish there Smalltalks everywhere, we will miss them when we move!
