Called looking for a willow tree, everyone in the garden center were busy with other customers but I left my phone number not really expecting to hear back, but got a call in less then 10 minutes from a very helpful woman. She thoroughly explained the types of willows they had in stock and urged me to come in and look around. We made it in an hour or so later and met another extremely helpful woman who helped us pick out a beautiful tree, and the bonus was it was on sale. Bought a nice tree and a flowering rhododendron @ 30% off = awesome!!
Had a truckload of mulch delivered 2 weeks ago, grass is growing out of the mulch (not through it) everywhere. Tried to tell them about it, but they didn't want to hear it and in fact wouldn't even come look at it. No customer service at all.
Not happy at all. Trying to over bill me.(for product) Horrible customer service. Would rate negative on stars if possible. Would never call them again or recommend them.
I would recommend Small's to anyone. They were the only company that gave us other solutions to our water problem and gave us a way to reduce the cost. They came in dug out a hill, put in a retaining wall, and laid new sod in 3 days. The crew cleaned up everyday before they left. Very satisfies not only with the end product but professionalism with everyone involved.
Not pleased with the product (trees) from Smalls. Bought 8 Spruce trees, 2 died. We're replaced under warranty and one died again. Now they blame winter when I believe the blame is another bad tree. Overall, bought 11 trees and two replacements - 3 died.
