Extremely disappointed. I ordered a cake for our gender reveal party. I provided a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like. The staff asked me to change the pick up date which was fine, but then they had the wrong date down. I got called the morning of to ask more questions on how to prep the cake. Not your typical smallcakes. I visit their locations in several states and this one seems to use the name but does it’s own thing. The cupcakes do not compare and the customer service is awful.
Stumbled across this place yesterday and got 4 cupcakes. So good!!!!!!

The staff is wonderful and so helpful! They did a beautiful job on my Mother’s 75th cake and cupcakes. So rich and delicious! All our guests loved them!

Is it Worth it $100 for my cake + 12 cupcakes ? We gave her an online as she told us to google and received the cake like that.
