Usually love this place. Just left. A display full of cupcakes. We stood there for over 10 minutes and no one ever came out to help us. We literally called the shop to see if we could get some attention and the phone went unanswered as we are standing in the stop. Could see the employee on her phone through the door. I guess personal calls are more important than business calls and customers wanting to buy some cupcakes.

I go to the one in Stockbridge ... love their cupcakes its worth the travel
I really love small cakes!! I stopped going a while ago.I had an issue with customer service...the manager call me and she said she would take care of this by sending a free coupon for cupcakes and to email her my address... I really loved their service and cupcakes! The manager really took care of me .

I have always had a wonderful experience at this location. Most recently, they did cupcakes and a smash cake for my grandson's first birthday. The staff was extremely helpful in making my vision a reality!
I get brownies when I'm in if they're available. Great!
Came in at 5:45 this afternoon. They said they were open until 8:00. There were 4 cupcakes in the whole store. This is not the first time they have run out of product way before closing time. Definitely need better management. If you are almost out of product with several hours to go before closing, make more! We had a birthday party that was very disappointed. I will not count on this store ever again.

So sorry. We bake FRESH every single day so that is one of the hardest thing about our business trying to manage demand day to day. We donate whatever we have leftover to charity at the end of the night. It’s very tough to gauge demand each day so we don’t have too much waste. We did add additional cupcakes around 5:00pm which according to all of our calculations would be enough to get us through to closing time.
