Delicious cupcakes! Made a custom order for my son's monster-themed birthday party - the cupcakes looked and tasted amazing!
Agree with October 2015 review regarding stucture of box. We carefully transported cupcakes and because they are top heavy, with minimal support in the boxes, we ended up with a toppled mess. When spending $80 on two dozen cupcakes, the boxes should provide adequate support for a safe 15-minute trip. Daughter was disappointed and so were we. Taste was great but for the price, they should look good, too!

We do have boxes made specifically for our cupcakes, however we will be discussing this issue with the owners and box manufacturers in hopes we can arrive at a solution that will prevent this from happening in the future. We hope you will give Smallcakes another chance.
It's really quite overpriced and overrated. At other locations you can buy a normal sized cupcake of a few basic flavors. The person working the counter was so done with life. She was annoyed by our questions and unwilling to get us plates to eat in the store until after we'd made a mess trying to eat over a napkin. There is no courtesy water like other locations either but they're happy to sell you a bottle. YOU MUST LABEL YOUR CUPCAKES CORRECTLY!! Never before have we had coconut in our Carrot Cake. After a trip to the ER for an alergic reaction, I am begging that you label your cupcakes for allergy purposes. Because its not on top of the cupcake, you can't see the coconut (like you can see nuts) until you've started eating it. Even the staff I spoke to tonight at the store told me its not written for anyone to see and they don't tell people it has coconut in it. They need new boxes to secure their Delicous cupcakes. My cupcakes looked like shit for my wifes birthday party. Although they taste great. Take more pride.

Hi there Tony, we do apologize that your cupcakes did not arrive at your destination in the manner they left the store, however we do have boxes with dividers specifically made to hold our cupcakes, and have not had problems with them in the past. But again, we are sorry you didn't have the experience at Smallcakes you were hoping for!
My mom got me a peanut butter cupcake signature flavor for my b-day today.will eat it later on, i never had one from here and it looks and smells good
