My kids had a great cleaning, the hygienist was so patient and fun, really engaged my kids and got them to relax. The checkup was thorough, and the dentist explained everything, it was an excellent visit. Plus, they got fun toothbrushes and No Cavities!!!
These guys are the rock stars of dentistry. My son was petrified at a different dentist and freaked out so bad that he had to be taken in the middle of treatment to "a child specialist dentist" who made matters even worse....mean, told my five year old to "knock it off". She was terrible. Then today these guys treat him without gas, without knocking him out.... like magic. They were calm so he was calm. There was no crying, screaming, kicking from anyone in the room. I was shocked at the difference. We love them!
We initially had a great experience and was pleased with this office. Since then I was let go from my job and have no insurance, and no money to say the least, my daughters filling fell out, it was "between" a baby tooth, when the baby tooth fell out the filling fell out. i was told that they will not guarantee their work, that i have to pay for extras and a cleaning. If I could give zero stars I would. Not only was Dr Merola unprofessional he had no compassion for a 4 year old who was so terrified he was more concerned on how the rest of the office was hearing her cry. He yelled at my daughter in her face saying “Hey! Hey! Did I do anything wrong to you?! Did I hurt you?! All while grabbing her jaw. This place should not be in business if they can’t handle small kids who are simply scared of dental equipment. Pure savage!!! I pray my daughter isn’t traumatized of dental visits in the fut... read more
