I appreciate the attention received by the physician. She answered all my questions and was so kind and approachable she made my little girl feel comfortable. I appreciate the after hours advice as well. The clinic is prompt in responding to my questions through the portal. I highly recommend Small Town Pediatrics!
it looks like on goggle reviews here mr mark has also been rude to other family's too and then makes a BS story up when replying to your review. i tried to get help form him for almost a year and blamed me if it didn't work.
Just moved my child’s care from Salem to Small Town with Dr. Samantha and couldn’t be happier! It was easy to make an appointment and Dr. Samantha is a great listener and did a wonderful job with my medically complex kiddo! Can’t recommend them enough!
Amazing with my kids couldn't ask for better pediatricians
Dr. Helm is knowledgeable and non judgemental. He puts everyone at ease, and is an excellent doctor. The staff are all delightful, and my kids are treated kindly by all. Happy to be patients here, happy to have my kids grow up here.
