Small Town Pediatrics is hands down the absolute best. Dr. Mark is one of the most educated and knowledgeable doctors I know and that is what I appreciate most. He explains everything clearly and makes me feel confident in my child’s care. Another thing I appreciate is how available and responsive the office is, they are always willing to take calls, texts, and address concerns. I always feel heard, supported, and never rushed! I’m so grateful to have found a pediatrician I trust completely. Highly recommend.
If you want to feel the lowest of lowest go see DR. Mark. Going through PPD and literally sat in my child’s appointment while getting what it felt like torn apart because apparently I’m not doing close to anything right- “that’s also another reason my kid is overweight”(his words) and he talks down to you if your not just agreeable. Dr. Mark is, without a doubt, the best pediatrician in the area. I fully trust that he has my children's best interests at heart. He clearly takes the time to review their history before each appointment, allowing him to confidently discuss their progress. He communicates with my kids in a way that is both compassionate and engaging, making sure they feel included rather than just talked about. Mark always does an excellent job with both of my children. He is very informative about everything I am curious or concerned about. Edit: my children have been patients for about 3 yrs now & unfortunately I feel like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Due to this issue I have switched pediatricians. Good luck to all!
