Been using Small Town for almost 3 years. Great primary care. Excellent care, staff and response times for requests .
I cannot recommend. Basic health care standards are low. My primary dr retired in 2009. Started here in 2014, 64yrs old. My last blood work was at age 59. A good primary care provider with a new senior patient like me should have ordered basic blood tests immediately. Vit D deficiency is well known, especially in seniors and in areas with little sun. For 2yrs my health was declining, but Jen didn't order any basic blood work. I had all the symptoms of a Vit D deficiency. For 2yrs from sinus infections, fatigue, 2 root canals... read more

Small Town Health Care is my go-to for all of my general health care needs. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating and I always feel well taken care of. Love it there!
