Terrible billing practice. Was incorrectly billed and charged and when I asked for the charge to be corrected I was lied to by the billing department. I was told that my insurance confirmed on the phone that the charge amount was correct. I had to call the insurance company myself who told me that per their phone log with Derrick from billing, they informed him that the charge was in fact incorrect. Worst experience with a billing department that I have ever had.

Bad billing practice
My daughter was a patient here for over 6 months (first for feeding therapy then for speech therapy) We never missed a single appointment. She had Amanda for speech therapy, who was a great therapist. After having a terrible night with my older son who was having a mental health crisis, I forgot about my appointment this morning and missed the appointment. Instead of seeing that we are loyal clients, they emailed me that they are charging me $100 for missing a single appointment. Yes, this is in their contract, but it truly ... read more
They're great but penalize u if cancel your session with less then 24 hours notice. That's messed up. How r u supposed to know you're going to wake up to a sick baby. This is my only complaint, they rob u.
