I just took my kids to Small Smiles. I didnt have any problems. They let the parents in the room with the kids. I dont know any one who has had any issues with them. My daughters both had teeth filled and they used novacaine for that.

had a good experience there last week. maybe they decided to redo their methods of treatment and policies after such awful reviews? what kids dentist would not let a parent back there? she wanted me back there and had they not let me, i would not have sent her. they were good w her and had silly words to use for code to her treatment.

I had two second opinions after that about the other 5 teeth they said she needed fixed, and both ... read more
I am in the process of watching a 20/20 story on this chain, and from what I seen I would not recommend you take your kids to any of these locations. Any place that would restrict me from being in the room with my child is suspect. This place has been accused of overtreating in order to defraud Medicaid. Stay far away from this place if you care about your child.
