My daughter had a filling put in and we weren't in the building 5 minutes before we were called to the back. The Tech and The Dentist were both awesome with her. Procedure went well and we were out and back at home within the hour. Thanks KDC!
Customer service has always been good for me and my children, lately I’ve been unable to get an answer when I call for an appointment (268-1665), I am wondering if the office has moved or if the office number has changed.......please advise.
Brought my son here twice for his first ever dentist appointments. Never going back. Had a bad experience both times. The first time, my son had to go potty. Instead of waiting 30 seconds until he was done, they called back the next family which had multiple kids which made our already long wait even longer. The next visit, his second dentist trip ever, the person cleaning his teeth told me no when I asked MY CHILD if he wanted me to hold his hand.
