On my first visit for my daughter's cleaning and check-up, we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes before she even got her cleaning. I have never had to wait that long at the dentist! The lady who weighed her in and took her x-rays seemed very disorganized and confused (lost her pen, kept leaving, and almost forgot to note my daughter's weight), and she wasn't very good with kids.
