I was told that my son had tons of invisible cavities. They kept filling these cavities. Before I switched dentist I was told that he had about five cavities. When I transferred, I was told that my son had no cavities. They just drilled holes in my son's teeth unnecessarily. Don't ever get a tooth cap from this office. They don't know what they are doing, but that's another story.
I have 5 children, we've been with this place for about 7 yrs. We have been" tied" into them for the last 4 of those yrs. They were good at first. However, they CANNOT keep orthodontics on there. Started the process for braces on 3 of my kids, requestor insurance took some time and once approved the ortho left. Waited 8 months for a new one leaving my girls in limbo to get braces on. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? A little. I wish they had been more gentle Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
