The team at Spring Valley Small Door is wonderful! As a First-time dog owner they have been a great resource of information and knowledge and are accessible easily by the app and phone. During my pup’s surgical procedure, Dr. London called me before and after the surgery and the team texted me progress. Justine is an amazing nurse and treated Ziggy as her own. The rest of the care team from the front desk to the vet assistants are great. Thank you all!
The absolute best. Our dog had a pretty substantial dental surgery and we were so grateful for the expertise, communication and care at Small Door Spring Valley.
My YorkshireTerrier was chewing his front féet, limping and out of energy. The doctor and his assistant were knowledgeable and concerned. They had several helpful suggestions. My dog is back to normal now.I would recommend Small Door because they go out of their way to be customer friendly and there are many locations so if you're traveling you might find one in New York or Boston.
We had our first appt with Dr McLaughlin and her aid, Orlando, and they were wonderful! Very attentive to our pet and our 7 yr old. They were also very patient with the entire family for all our questions regarding our pet. Very clean, modern facility. Thrilled with our decision.
