El Chapo had the best experience with Dr. Dugan and Jordyn today. Chop had a little issue and it was addressed but that’s not all. Dr. Dugan was very thorough in explaining everything during the visit. Thank you for your care and we look forward to the next visit! 💙
Love Small Door Vet! They are so friendly and accommodating, super helpful. The vet that saw my dog was knowledgeable and explained everything so well to me. My dog feels so comfortable there. They ran test and sent them to the lab and the vet provided a detailed explanation and next steps. All around it was amazing. Absolutely recommend. I went to the 14th Street office.
I went to the Park Slope location and loved it. It’s stunning inside and a pretty big space. Piggy loved it here. Dr.Dei was great and so was her assistant. Both super sweet and knowledgable. They show you everything with pricing upfront so there’s no unexpected costs. Highly recommend :)
Front desk is rude, and tries to charge you without checking your plan and doesn’t follow their policies. Vets and nurses are great but when paying a premium for a vet like small door you don’t want to have to deal with those types of things.
