I’ve been going to small door for several years now and love them! Today they went above and beyond regular veterinary care though. My AC broke during a heat wave and they let me and my cat stay a while to keep him safe from the heat while the AC was repaired - truly above and beyond! Thanks to everyone who checked on us, including Cael!
Awesome clinic, love their staff, Cael at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful and doctor very caring and so good listener and friendly with my cat and with us. For sure my new vet clinic. Love the first experience 🥰 my cat is very anxious and shy, and even she was very comfortable with the doctor.
(Dead star rating) I came to inquire. This is the second time- first was without my dog. Receptionists were unhelpful and unwilling to assist. I came in asking about the pay-as-you-go option and instead got pointed to a QR code for leaving reviews. Only afterward did one mention I could just type smalldoors.com—so why send me to the QR code first? No harm to me, but Small Door lost my business. Hire respectful staff.
Biscuit feels so comfortable here and the staff is so kind!
