Ned is a highly skilled computer guru who possesses the ability to diagnose and repair issues with both PC and Apple computers. He recently brought back to life a 15.4" MacBook Pro screen for me that the other shops on island claimed to have "no backlight", and therefore rendered useless. I was incredibly satisfied and elated with his service. Prior to that, Ned replaced a faulty motherboard on another MacBook of mine which is a very complex task.
