Trying to open an account, I received an e-mail saying that I didn't pass the identity portion. So I called to inquire as the e-mail suggested, and I left a message for the person they transferred me to. After not hearing back all day, I called back that afternoon. I was assured I would receive a phone call the next day or possibly Saturday. I never heard back, so I opened an account at a local bank. They opened our account and we started transacting business. Then without warning, I get an email (not even a phone number), that the account has been suspended. I call them and they tell me they don't made an error opening the account and that they didn't get the right information. But now, I account is suspended and they are holding my money hostage!
