There's never a wait to speak to someone, you get through to a real person right away, and they resolved an issue I had in less than two minutes. Great customer service!
A cheaper and more friendly option than any of my local banks, by far! The setup couldn't be easier, and support is fast and friendly. SBB is a great option for any small or micro business owner.
I have not had the problems with SBB that others mention. Setup was quick and easy. I love that their micro account is free. Very happy.
I set up an account in the spring of 2014, after my old bank started charging me $15 a month (if memory serves correctly) for my business account. I did my research, and I decided SmallBusinessBank (Gardner) was the best place for my small business. Since it's just me, and I'm incorporated, this just made total sense. By far the least professional experience with a bank ever. Just closed my account due to them shutting off my debit card with no notification and their condescending attitude on the phone. Look elsewhere. This is not a good banking solution. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. 1 is well beyond what they deserve. I cant stress enough. Look elsewhere
So far so good. The verification questions are pretty odd. The customer support has been great. Always somebody to answer the phone or return an email. We'll see how it goes.
