RecommendedI’ve been banking with them since 2015 and I love them when I’m in the USA which is most of the time, because of no fees, they are always quick to answer phones when needed, and they just recently stepped things up with their new phone app. My account connects to quickbooks just fine, and they thankfully forgave a $15 wire transfer charge when a company accidentally wired me money. Ghosted me and screwed me on the PPP loan.
I have tried for months to get an account set up - finally today, they say the process has taken to long and i need to re apply. Crazy. They go so slow.
It is good if you don't have a lot of capital.
the recent change to bill pay is the worst. before it was simple to pay our employees via ach. now, not only do you need verifications for every single transaction, but this week the majority of the employees did not get paid despite the transfer requests being done on time. in addition, there was a duplicate and one taken from the wrong account. we will be transferring our business accounts to a different bank monday morning.

They have too many computer issues that affects their applications on the iPhone and Android OS. They really need to get it together; sell the company; or close down.
They have constant computer issues affecting access to my money. Today they did an upgrade preventing money from going into my account and leaving my wife without gas because we counted on our money. There only answer is “sorry”. When they closed all their branches and moved to Lenexa there customer service went to crap.
These people work for you, not against like it seems to be so much these days. Love SBB; easy!
