I love Dr Jordan. I have had total of 4 pets under his care 3 dogs and 1 cat. He is caring and gentle and listens well to pet AND owner. Calm, welcoming atmosphere that carried us through Covid and beyond.
I would highly recommend the vets in this office. About a year ago our large senior dog appeared to have a sudden onset of pain. We contacted the vets office that we had used for 40 years and was told that we could go to the emergency clinic as they had no opening. Before heading to the emergency clinic I called Small Animal Clinic and they asked if we could wait until morning and I said I did not think so. Wanted to board our dog for 1 night but they didn't tell us ahead of time that the bordatella shot had to be within past 6 months instead of 12 months. We submitted his records in advance but they waited til after we dropped him off before telling us then they tried to get us to pay for the updated vaccine, was very convenient for them. They should have told us when we sent records, NOT after we dropped him off. Felt like a way to make money for them. Won't send our dog there to be boarded again.
Called to get estimate on female cat spay and they want to charge $450 to $550!!! That's beyond insane!!! Why would I even remotely want to bring any of my animals to a place that charges outrageous amounts because I'm not already client?! How do you justify that price!! It would be ZERO stars if I could!!! Highway robbery!!!
