Dropped my dog off for weekend boarding. She had never been boarded before and was very nervous. When I picked her up they said she had a rough time. They were completely full and there was a lot of noise. She didn't eat the entire time. All of this was okay, I get it, my dog was scared. I'm not upset about her reaction. I'm upset because I packed blankets and toys for her. Even have to fill out a form stating what you brought and emergency contact. They did not give her any of her items. The Doctors and staff are always friendly.
I love Dr Jordan. I have had total of 4 pets under his care 3 dogs and 1 cat. He is caring and gentle and listens well to pet AND owner. Calm, welcoming atmosphere that carried us through Covid and beyond.
I would highly recommend the vets in this office. About a year ago our large senior dog appeared to have a sudden onset of pain. We contacted the vets office that we had used for 40 years and was told that we could go to the emergency clinic as they had no opening. Before heading to the emergency clinic I called Small Animal Clinic and they asked if we could wait until morning and I said I did not think so.
