I had a great experience on Monday, August 1st, at your establishment. I had a tooth removed, and it went very quick and pain free. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and Dr Palmer was amazing! I received excellent care, I couldn't have been any happier on my visit. I look forward to my next appointment! I will definitely recommend Creating Beautiful Smiles to all of my family and friends!

After chewing up some potato chips and glass, I was seen the same day to replace a dislodged crown and be evaluated for further treatment. Can't ask for better service then that!! ;-)

I had a lengthy appt. today. Dr. Palmer was very gentle and asked me several times how I was doing. I was thrilled when she showed me the results! I am very thankful I found a dentist and staff that is kind, professional, and so knowledgeable.

I have driven for more than 10 years from Rockford, Illinois, to Racine, Wisconsin, just to have my dentail work at this practice with these two dentist. They are the BEST of the BEST!!!
