I took my 2011 CX-7 in for a recent recall and their customer service was exceptional. Although the parts were not currently available the service technician inspected the part/recall in question for safety and spoke with me personally to discuss the nature of the recall and what he observed with my vehicle. He answered all of my questions and I left the dealership satisfied that my vehicle was safe. Thank you Smail for putting your customer first!!

Took my cx5 to be inspected. And they did an "update" to the gps and broke it. It has bee. Over a month without a single phone call.. Go in they take number and still get no answer and blame me. Horrible customer service. Also had a mazdadpeed3 that had vvt chain slap.. Wouldn't do it because replacing the stock bypass valve "voided" the factory warranty. Had a focus took to get the oil changed with my own oil what I wanted in.. And they out the wrong oil in and charged me for they're screw up. Not pleased at all
