The office staff called me 3 times and changed my son's appointment to 3 different days and times before finally settling on today 8-28-25 at 10. I even called back to verify that appointment. Upon our arrival we were told that my son's appointment was at 9 which was obviously a staff mistake. The lady at the desk seemed extremely overwhelmed and went to get the office manager. Filed my toenail down and that made it split and caused pain. I called to let her know but I never did get a call back. When I called back a few days later to check on making an appointment I was told that I didn't make it for the last appointment but I said that I didn't have one but I was told that I did and was a no show so I didn't have another appointment so I said great. But she couldn't call me to check on my toe. I was a patient of her husband and he was so kind.

Dr. Carol was very attentive. She did a very good job with toenail maintenance. Clerical staff was friendly and respectful.
