The Smack site said order by a certain date and it will be shipped in time for Christmas. We ordered prior to the date given received our order MID to LATE January! Attempts to contact Smack were ignored, or when finally getting through, we were told different- and untrue- statements about our order having been shipped. I spoke PERSONALLY and DIRECTLY to Bill Sigler, CEO, who assured me we would get a full refund for all the frustration. Ordered uniform packages and spirit wear for our club. The jerseys were printed in the wrong color and some incorrectly all together. Spirit wear like t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, etc were on back order for 4 months. Some of our players and coaches didn't receive items they ordered until our season was over. Several items were mailed to the incorrect address. CONGRATULATIONS GIRLS! Those are some fine looking reviews. All on October 5, 2015? What are the odds of that .... As being pure BS!!! Kinda like Smack (them) Sportswear. Pure BS. If these jokers are still in business - TURN AND RUN. Hey Axel - did you miss the meeting? You're a week late.
WARNING: Stay away. TOXIC WASTE of my time. I trusted Smack Sportswear to make some pretty simple youth team uniforms. They couldn't handle it and completely wasted my time. They're the worst kind of people to deal with. Don't make the same mistake.
