Shoddy Workmanship and Cheap Materials, At first, they seemed knowledgeable, but the work speaks for itself. The grout started cracking within weeks, the cabinets were crooked, and the high-quality materials they promised were clearly the cheapest options available. I regret trusting them with my home ,Endless Delays and Excuses SM Remodeling promised the job would take 2 weeks it took over 2 months, Every week it was a new excuse, waiting on materials, crew is sick, or "something came up. Disrespectful Crew and Dirty Work Site, The crew was loud, smoked on site, and left debris all over my property. I had to clean up after them almost daily. One of them even tracked mud through my hallway. I expected professionalism not babysitting, Contract Disputes and Hidden Costs, They quoted me one price, but by the end of the remodel, I was hit with thousands in unexpected “add-ons” that were never discussed. When I pushed back, they got defensive and borderline aggressive. Felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.
Unfinished Job and Poor Communication, I hired SM Remodeling for a full bathroom remodel, and they left the job half-done. Tiling wasn't finished, the sink wasn't even installed, and I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone about when they'd return. Calls went unanswered, and I had to hire someone else to finish their mess. Completely unprofessional.

Awesome work ethic, the workers are just as good. Quality work. Would definitely recommend!
