I recently used SM Mechanical to replace a propane high-efficiency boiler. They came at the time they said they would and worked as a team until the job was finished. The technicians were excellent. They left the place cleaner than they found it. The best part? SM's estimate was the best of the five I received. I could have paid twice the amount to get this work done, but why would I? We have used SM Mechanical for routine air conditioning service and a major AC repair at my (elderly) Dad's house. They have great techs, a high quality of service and are extremely easy to reach by phone/email/text. As for our bills, they actually have come in under what other less reputable companies have estimated. More than anything I really feel like we can trust them completely. Overall fabulous company!!!
