We stayed at SLS Lux Brickell this weekend and were very disappointed with the condition of the room, especially considering the high nightly rate. On the first day, the toilet in our room did not work at all and had to be repaired, which is not something any guest should have to deal with upon arrival. The furniture throughout the room was visibly dirty, with noticeable marks and stains that made the space feel poorly maintained. The most concerning issue was the balcony. Room was clean ans the view was great. The hotel itself has great aesthetics and is close to a lot of things. Right in the heart of. The pool day bed covers were stained and old. Pease change them.
