This business Is professional and Does great work. They are very accommodating to any request and knowledgeable in this field. Highly Recommend this place. Esmeralda has been gone due to health reasons, but now is back on normal operating hours.
SLS is a professional business. Take care of their clients and do their best to communicate with scheduling. Highly recommend for your cosmetic needs. Owner is nice and respectful, will make you feel comfortable and wanting to return.
In regards to Bianka's previous negative review, I'm sorry that Esmeralda was unable to see you on your scheduled appointment (Idk if you know but she was in the ER and will even show you proof, if you ask her, I'm sure). It's a shame you didn't give her a chance to explain the reason before writing your review. It truly saddens me because she takes her work seriously and has such a strong work ethic. I had an appointment last week, and just found out Esmeralda was extremely sick and airlifted to the ICU that week. She is always extremely responsive with her appointments and clients, so when she didn’t say anything, I figured something happened. I’m so glad to know she’s okay now! Those negative reviews for that ONE WEEK does not reflect her as a person or a business. Look at the overall reviews and they speak for themselves. The absolute worst scheduling and Groupon purchase experience I’ve ever had. For your first visit she Tells you to schedule through Groupon, doesn’t show up because they are “closed” and Groupon made a mistake. Rescheduled for another day through Groupon, she calls the day before saying they are booked. Book another date directly through text with her. Confirms date and day almost a month out.
