I had an emergency dental problem. I had tried to find any dentist that would get me in as immediate help was needed. After many unsuccessful attempts another dentist recommended Dr. Putthoff's office. I was immediately put at ease, explained everything that the visit would entail, and was treated wonderfully. and again i was so happy to be in there with her replacing the bonding that had fallen out of a front tooth. she is the most gentle kind dentist and the same for her assistant Mariah. Joseph also the best. i felt like i could almost take a nap in that chair. the receptionists also the best.
few years ago i went to Dr. Putthoff and was more than pleased. i was terrified in spite of the fact have only had wisdom teeth pullled, no cavities but very shallow ones, no fillings and 74-72? at the time but still scared. she put me at ease immediately; think i could have taken a nap in that chair. Joseph assisted and they are just sweethearts. she called the bone surgeon to see if the rods and pin would affect anything-no and proceeded. just a sweet young woman and man.
Dr. Crozier has been my dentist for years. He has always provided the best care. I have never been "talked into" expensive work. His hygienist are thorough and gentle. His staff has been with him for years, and that speaks to how he treats people.
Very patient friendly, very professional.
Dr Crozier is very knowledgeable and very carrying.! He gives you all the attention you need and makes you feel important. He makes you feel welcome as he takes care of your dental needs.
Dr. Crozier has been my dentist for over 30 years, and I consider him to be one of the most trustworthy and competent medical professionals I have ever visited as a patient. He is honest with his recommendations and stands behind his work as well. Additionally, I know him to be an upstanding member of the Kerrville community, having served on the board of Schreiner University and other local organizations.
Dr. Crozier has been my dentist for many years and has always provided excellent care. Dr. Crozier and his staff are very friendly. I know they have my best interest in mind all the time.
I was in this week for cleaning, told hygienist that I was having some issues with sensitivity. Dr. Crozier took a look and made time to take care of me right away. Dr. Crozier always goes above and beyond to take care of me and my family.
