Great food just wish we had a reservation
Late lunch, 2:30 on a weekday. Had a Yardbird. Service great, ambience great, sandwich great, guy on the street that showed us how to work one of the now-almost-ubiquitous-in-Detroit stupid parking machines great. Nothing says “we don’t want you here” like overpriced street parking. Detroit, take a hint.
Food was very good. service was quick, prices reasonable, in and out in less than an hour, but even at 4pm, we had to sit at a community table - alone!! Only table left. Parking is a real problem in that area.
Easily the best BBQ I’ve had in a northern state! Ribs and brisket excellent. BBQ beans as good as any I’ve had. Apple BBQ sauce is ridiculous. I’ll be stopping in to get some to take home with me before I leave.
Service was good. I was expecting more from the food.

Absolutely one of our favorite places to eat. The food is out of this world and the staff is always pleasant. Can’t wait to go back!
