YO jim is THE BEST. came to him with an elbow injury from climbing and worked with him in rehab for a couple months and I'm doing much better doing lead climbing again. i was DEVASTATED when I couldnt even get on a wall bc of my elbow pain..this guy saved my life! love it.
Jim really knows his stuff. My shoulder felt so much better after a few sessions.

I have gone to Slope Recovery for two different injuries. Lower back and a hamstring injury. Jim was great at treating my back and hamstring. He didn't just start doing treatment but made sure it wasn't a bigger issue before starting any treatment and also gave me things to do to prevent future injury's. Jim was very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about different techniques and I feel was able to get me back out on the field sooner then expected. Thanks, Jim and Slope Recovery.
Slope recovery is a lifesaver. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and is excellent at targeting and treating all kinds of injuries. I came to Jim with several injuries (achilles, hip, shoulder, back). Everything else I had tried just served as a bandaid, but Jim actually helped me heal the issues that had been ongoing for years. Jim genuinely cares about each of his clients and has the knowledge and dedication to fix you up!
