Tired of trying to schedule. When I can't get through. If you want to schedule this thousands of dollars procedure, you will need to reach out to me, I'm tired of the waiting on your scheduling department to pick up the phone.
I went to schedule my knee replacement surgery and after waiting in the room for 45 minutes for the doctor (which seems to be common for me here) the doctor failed to go off the last chart note from July and went off the notes from our first visit in May. I was wrong to question it of course because this just irritated everyone and he refused to research it or discuss it further. Fixed my broken wrist a couple years ago. Did a great job! Going back soon for my knee. Having a place that I can trust like this really calms the nerves.
I really liked the MRI department. Dr. Tuman is someone I will NOT go back to. Believe those saying his attitude is... less than ideal. Seemed very confused why I was there. I told him about my knee surgery a decade back and he chose to argue with me about it instead. Telling me I was wrong about where it was because it was unusual. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! I was referred here due to hip pain that was so severe I was unable to sleep or eat. I made the appointment, and filled out the forms, including my medication allergies, and current diagnoses. They put the wrong medical allergies in my chart! The treatment was "friendly" but in the most sterile way possible when it came to reception and getting directions to the right location. I was taken back for an x-ray, and then put in a room.
